NOTICE

                                                            TOWN OF GIBSON GRADING PROJECT

Please take notice that the Town Board for the Town of Gibson will be grading various roads in the town.

In preparation for this work, the Town Board will be receiving sealed quotes for grading work.  Sealed quotes listing vendor’s hourly rate marked “Grading” should be sent/delivered to Town Clerk Linda Herman at 2211 Rockledge Road, Mishicot, Wisconsin. Quotes must be received in the clerk’s office no later than 5 o’clock p.m., May 5, 2025, or be brought and delivered to the Town Clerk at the May 5, 2025 Gibson Town Board Meeting at the Gibson Town Hall no later than 7:00 p.m.

Thereafter, the Town Board will open, review and consider such quotes at its regularly scheduled meeting at 7:00 p.m. that evening at the Gibson Town Hall, 14920 Cty. Rd. Q, Mishicot. After such review, the Town Board will award the grading project to the vendor whose quote is most responsive to the solicitation and most advantageous to the Town of Gibson, considering price, quality and other factors, even if that quote is not the lowest in cost. The Town of Gibson reserves the right to reject any and all quotes.
