Snowplowing Proposals – Town of Gibson

TOWN OF GIBSON
TOWN ROAD SNOWPLOWING & ICE CONTROL

The Town of Gibson is accepting proposals for town road snowplowing and ice control. Proposal forms can be obtained from Town Clerk at contacts listed below. Sealed proposals marked “Snowplowing” should be sent/delivered to Town Clerk and received in the clerk’s office no later than 5 o’clock p.m., July 1, 2025, or be brought and delivered to the Town Clerk at the July 1, 2025 Gibson Town Board meeting at the Gibson Town Hall no later than 7:00 p.m.

Thereafter, the Town Board will open, review and consider proposals at its regularly scheduled meeting at 7:00 p.m. that evening at the Gibson Town Hall, 14920 Cty. Rd. Q, Mishicot. After such review, the Town Board will award the Highway Service Agreement for Town Road Snowplowing & Ice Control to the vendor whose proposal is most responsive to the solicitation and most advantageous to the Town of Gibson, considering price, quality and other factors, even if that proposal is not the lowest in cost. The Town of Gibson reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
