                                                                     TOWN OF GIBSON

                                   NOTICE OF HIGHWAY SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR SHOULDERING

Please take notice that the Town Board for the Town of Gibson will be shouldering several roads in the town.

In preparation for this work, the Town Board will be receiving sealed quotes for shouldering work.  Specifications and quote form can be obtained by contacting Town Supervisor Don Rabitz at 920-794-4698 or Town Clerk Linda Herman at 920-973-2212 or [email protected]. Sealed quotes marked “2024 Shouldering” must be brought and delivered to the Town Clerk at the May 6, 2024 Gibson Town Board Meeting at the Gibson Town Hall no later than 7:00 p.m.

Thereafter, the Town Board will open, review and consider such quotes at its regularly scheduled meeting scheduled at 7:00 p.m. that evening at the Gibson Town Hall, 14920 Cty. Rd. Q, Mishicot. After such review, the Town Board will award a service agreement to the vendor whose quote is most responsive to the solicitation and most advantageous to the Town of Gibson, considering price, quality and other factors, even if that quote is not the lowest in cost. The Town of Gibson reserves the right to reject any and all quotes.
